Once purchase has been made, refunds are no longer available.

Filma King Ltd will store your files for 12 months from the purchase date.

Your subscription will not renew automatically. To continue using our backup services we will send you an annual reminder to renew your subscription.

If we don’t hear from you by the cut-off date, or you choose to no longer have your files backed up by us, your footage and project files will be permanently erased and you will no longer be able to retrieve these.

The costs mentioned does not grant access to the RAW footage or project files. If you require this please contact us directly to discuss prices to transfer the files, intellectual property rights and licences of your project(s).
